Shipment processing time

The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Our Shipping Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions of Sale. We reserve the right to change this Shipping Policy at any time.

We aim to process all orders on the same working day before 3pm and next working day after 3pm. Due to Royal Mail conditions we can only ship orders placed and processed before 2pm the same day, orders placed after this time will be processed same day, shipped the following morning (Subject to stock, if products are out of stock please allow 1-3 day for your order to be processed and shipped, you will be notified via email).

All orders are shipped Monday to Friday. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or Bank Holidays. Orders can occasionally be delivered on Saturdays, depending on your local depot shipment volumes.


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Store collection

Store collection is available, we aim to have orders ready for collection within 1 hour subject to stock levels. If goods are not in stock we will contact you to let you know, in which case please allow 1-3 days.

Orders placed after 5pm will be processed the following working day. We will contact you to advise status of goods.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We, as well as all our delivery partners, work as hard as we can to get your products out to you as fast as possible.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Cheeky Smoke Lancing Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Currently we ship to the UK Mainland only.

Damages / Lost Deliveries

Cheeky Smoke Lancing Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However,we will try to assist where we are able to, so please contact us in the first instance contactus@cheekysmokelancing.co.uk

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

Please contact us first before returning any goods.  We reserve the right to refuse any returns without prior notification and authorisation.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 30 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive Your order cancellation notice. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging and unopened
  • The Goods were not used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • No seals broken on Eliquids

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalised.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
  • Open or used Eliquids


We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for the same one, contact us. Please note that We only replace Goods you received defective, damaged or incorrect.
